As per the recent reports, NFT Investments has revealed its plans of getting listed on the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market from the United Kingdom. NFT Investments exists as a company related to investments and is known for being specialized in non-fungible tokens (NFTs) technology.
It has been revealed that once the company is listed on the Aquis Exchange from the United Kingdom, its value will go all the way up to $34.5 million.
It has been reported that the founders of NFT Investments were formerly the co-founders of the Argo Blockchain plc. The Argo Blockchain plc is a prominent cryptocurrency mining group in the cryptocurrency industry.
Ever since the launch, NFT Investments has been involved in investing heavily in the NFTs sector. Furthermore, the company also aims to invest in funds or companies that have already been dealing with non-fungible tokens (NFTs) one way or another. It also aims to partner or invest in companies that are known for adopting blockchain technology.
It was on Thursday, April 1, 2021, when NFT Investments announced that it intends to list its Ordinary Shares.
The company revealed that it has already submitted the request for approval so it can launch its shares for trading on the Aquis Stock Exchange through the Access segment.
The company has claimed that the NFT Investment’s floatation is expected to be approximately $34.50 million.
The firm has revealed that once the listing is complete, it will be the first-ever non-fungible tokens (NFTs) investment company in the crypto-verse that will be listed in the stock market.
The company has also revealed that it is planning to raise another $13.8 million by releasing another 200 million shares. NFT Investments has confirmed that once listed, each share will be worth 5p each. The listing of the shares and their price will be set by First Sentinel Corporate Finance, which is NFT Investments’ corporate adviser.
On top of that, there will be other brokers who will be participating in the Initial-Public-Offering (IPO). The names of these particular advisors are Tennyson Securities and Novum Securities.
NFT Investments has revealed that they are expecting that it will be the latter part of April when the dealings for the shares would commence. The executives of NFT Investments have stated that in 12 months’ time, the company is planning to expand and develop its business. The board members at NFT Investments are expecting that this goal will be achieved within 12 months of affiliation with AQSE.
The company is also aiming to process shareholder returns in the form of NFTs as well as the cryptocurrencies that will be dealt with for the trading of the shares.
